Ok, this is quite a simple formula and does not push the boundaries of FRAGRA at all but it is a great example to a specific industry as to how FRAGRA can show them an immediate ROI.

So, let's set the scene. You have been to value a property and to cut a long story short the Seller or Landlord has chosen to market their property with another agency. Very annoying we know, but all is not lost.

Step 1
Using FRAGRA you can set up a specific drip campaign for people who have listed their property with another agency. This will email them at set intervals, so as an example the first email might say something like "Sorry you didn't choose us but remember we are always here etc", A week later maybe your email would say something along the lines of the fact that by now they should have had their 'proffesional' photos done, a week later you might tell them that by now they should have X number of  viewings etc etc

Step 2 
Whilst the email templates that are now automatically communicating with your lost instructions are positive, there is a clear link on that email that says "What to do if you are not happy with your current agent". If clicked, this would then take the reader off into a blog page on your website about their options, giving them clear instructions of how they can contact you if they wish.

Step 3 - (THE IMPORTANT BIT)
You don't need any statisitcal proof to know that the likelihood of anyone actually filling out your contact form is because they are unhappy with their current agent but this is where the beauty of  FRAGRA comes in. Because FRAGRA knows what your contacts are looking at in emails you send them and knows their activity on your website.  The minute that any lost instruction clicks on that link that says "What to do if you are not happy with your current agent" FRAGRA will tell you, meaning you can put a call in to catch up with the contact and just so happen to be in exactly the right place at the right time in order to discuss with them just how happy or unhappy they are with their current agent. 

In this example we have covered a few different aspects of marketing automation using FRAGRA. The first was the fact that we were always communicating with our lost instructions, keeping us at the top of their thought process. The second was making the emails more personal to their situation, thus making them less likely to unsubscribe and the third was to create a notification to the office when FRAGRA 'knows' that they are unhappy with their current agent.
